✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

• Health Supplements (including capsules, powders, or consumables)
• Perishable goods
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened or used products

This policy is in place to protect our customers and maintain the highest quality standards.

📦 How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at support@dolmenstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
3. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
