1. 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Beauty or personal care items that have been opened or used

  • Perishable goods or items marked “Final Sale”

  • Electronic items showing signs of damage or misuse


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at dolmenstoreus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.


5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
